Other Details to Note

Landscaping is currently establishing. Because the home was completed in winter, some areas are still bare soil and will be seeded and leveled this spring. Outdoor spaces and views are fully usable. Pricing reflects current outdoor conditions so there are no surprises. There is another home approximately 150 yards away. Both properties are very private, with a shed blocking much of the view, and guests at the neighboring home primarily use their back patio on the opposite side. The gravel road to the house is regularly graded and typically in very good condition. After heavy rain or snowmelt, it can become muddy. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is helpful during wet conditions. The road generally dries within a couple of days once rain stops. The front car gate is not yet installed, so the yard is not fully enclosed. If bringing a dog, please plan to supervise. The gate will be added soon.

Absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic time. Sheryl was an amazing host. Quick response time. She made sure we had everything we needed. The house was extremely nice. Very clean and organized. Sheryl’s instructions were incredible. The house is in a quiet area. 30 minutes to Harrison and just under an hour to Branson. We had an excellent time and are very appreciative of Sheryl. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the Ozarks close to tons of trails! The Airbnb was the most well-stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in and the house was perfectly outfitted with blankets and games to make it feel like a home away from home. It was very family friendly. We stayed with our toddler and dog and both girls were in heaven playing in the yard. We loved sitting on the porch for dinner and watching the stars come out. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay here from check-in to check-out. Everything was exactly what we hoped for and more. We had a fantastic stay at Hilltop Vista. The place is exactly as described—beautiful, new, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning views over the Ozark valley. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and disconnect. The host was excellent: very responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. A special mention for the kitchen—it is by far the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. Everything you could possibly need is there, which made cooking and enjoying meals in the house a real pleasure. The only thing to note is that the drive includes a bit of a longer dirt road, but it’s absolutely worth it. Once you arrive, the quiet, lack of traffic, and overall serenity more than make up for it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My wife and I love the Ponca/Boxley area and try to get up there a couple times a year. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations on our recent visit to the area. From the moment we opened the cabin doors …It was obvious the owners poured their hearts and souls into the property to insure ever detail was taken care of, from the bedding to the furniture, to the appliances and kitchenware everything was top quality. All the attention for detail made for a wonderful weekend! The cabin is just a short drive from the Buffalo River and numerous wildlife viewing opportunities. We were lucky enough to not only see Elk but had two separate Bald Eagle sightings. We highly recommend this property for your trip to the area.
