Landscaping is currently establishing. Because the home was completed in winter, some areas are still bare soil and will be seeded and leveled this spring. Outdoor spaces and views are fully usable. Pricing reflects current outdoor conditions so there are no surprises. There is another home approximately 150 yards away. Both properties are very private, with a shed blocking much of the view, and guests at the neighboring home primarily use their back patio on the opposite side. The gravel road to the house is regularly graded and typically in very good condition. After heavy rain or snowmelt, it can become muddy. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is helpful during wet conditions. The road generally dries within a couple of days once rain stops. The front car gate is not yet installed, so the yard is not fully enclosed. If bringing a dog, please plan to supervise. The gate will be added soon.

My wife and I love the Ponca/Boxley area and try to get up there a couple times a year. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations on our recent visit to the area. From the moment we opened the cabin doors …It was obvious the owners poured their hearts and souls into the property to insure ever detail was taken care of, from the bedding to the furniture, to the appliances and kitchenware everything was top quality. All the attention for detail made for a wonderful weekend! The cabin is just a short drive from the Buffalo River and numerous wildlife viewing opportunities. We were lucky enough to not only see Elk but had two separate Bald Eagle sightings. We highly recommend this property for your trip to the area.
